BCA compliance advice, reports and certification

MODUS Compliance Assessors visit a Client’s existing or prospective property and investigate any BCA or Australian Standard compliance issues prior to their purchasing, selling or improving the property to ensure any budget for future works includes appropriate provisions for any regulatory requirements to meet their obligations and mitigate their risk to injury or loss of amenity.  A report detailing properties specific risks together with supporting diagrams and photographs is provided to the Client for their consideration.

Our Building Surveyors meet with the Architect, Designer or Project Manager at the outset of the concept stage to design-out if possible any BCA provisions, ensuring the project budget is focused on the Client’s key operational needs and only the unavoidable statutory obligations.
